All new manufactured homes will have an MCO (Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin) or MSO (Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin) for each side of the home, which must be signed by a licensed manufactured home dealer for transfer to the purchaser.

When a manufactured home is purchased in Florida from a manufactured home dealer, the dealer is required by law to process the title and registration for the purchaser.
