If you received this message, do NOT click the link or respond.All new manufactured homes will have an MCO (Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin) or MSO (Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin) for each side of the home, which must be signed by a licensed manufactured home dealer for transfer to the purchaser.
When a manufactured home is purchased in Florida from a manufactured home dealer, the dealer is required by law to process the title and registration for the purchaser.
